The town of Korčula developed on a peninsula in the north-east part of the island of Korčula, opposite the Pelješac peninsula. Korčula is considered to be the most beautiful medieval planned town in Croatia. A catamaran line connects Korčula with Split and Dubrovnik and a coastal ferry service connects it with Rijeka, Split and Dubrovnik as well as with Bari in Italy during the summer season. A ferry line connects Korčula with Orebić but the ferry docks in the port Dominče, located 2 km away from the town.
Accommodation can be found in private apartments, campsites and hotels among which Marko Polo and the luxurious Lešić-Dimitri Palace stand out. Right next to the old part of the town there is a marina.
I don't know where to start with our thanks to you for all your help and
kindness. You were so helpful right from the start with helping plan our
holiday and reassure us that everything was organised.
We loved Korcula island - it is truly beautiful! It was so nice that ...
Zaista se malo toga može komparirati sa slobodom i ljepotom odmaranja u onakvom ambijentu.
