Lešić Dimitri occupies an 18th century bishop’s palace and five medieval cottages, offering luxurious accommodation in six residences, complete with five-star services, a spa and a restaurant overlooking the breathtaking Dalmatian archipelago.

Accommodation
Due to owners commitment to the restoration project and their desire to keep the original features and layout of the palace in tact, they have not created hotel rooms, but rather each floor has been developed into an individual residence. Six in total. Ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. They are fully serviced but allow independence with fitted kitchens and dining facilities, either for self-catering or private dining using our chefs. 

Faithful restoration
The faithful restoration of the Palace has retained all the original features and combined them with bespoke furniture, excellent design and modern technology.   

Inspired by Marco Polo
Each of these residences shows the influence of a region travelled through by Marco Polo on the Silk Road.
Most have a private terrace or balcony looking on to the Adriatic Sea, medieval gardens, Cathedral of St Mark or our tranquil courtyard.

Korcula residence

The largest of the residences, it is ideal for larger groups or those wanting to entertain. Themes from the Renaissance era run through its interior with Roccoco-styled furnishings and many original features.

There are oversized bath tubs in two of the bedrooms, a separate living area and the original medieval kitchen with a functioning chimney for cooking and eating, as well as original features such as a stone cistern and stone basins that have been fully restored.

Venice residence

For a long time Korčula was under the influence of Venice and this residence takes you back to Venice at the time of its grandeur.

The 120 m2 piano nobile with its high, stained-red ceilings is as impressive as it would have been three centuries ago and a private balcony encased in ornate carved wood extends this wonderfully spacious living area.
All three bedrooms have ensuite bathing facilities with king sized beds and plasma tvs in each room. All beds can be split to create twin sleeping arrangements.

China Residence

Subtle influences of Chinese design invoke a feeling of the opulence of Asia, but without distracting from the Korčulan context.

The opulence of Asia is emphasized with a vast bathroom with enormous bathtub central to the room.

The beautiful terrace, with stunning views over the Peljesac channel and Korčula archepelago, provides ample space for relaxing at any time of the day or night.

India residence

This beautiful residence on the ground floor of the Palace offers enchanting accommodation with two beautiful bedrooms with oversized bathtubs in each one. The separate living and dining rooms are perfect for quiet relaxation or entertaining larger groups. Gentle influences from South Asia are apparent in the rich fabrics, marble and stone.

A private courtyard provides an incredible haven from the heat of the island and private relaxation within the heart of the town.

Arabia Residence

This incredible suite is reminiscent of Arabia. It has breathtaking and unparalleled 360 degree views of the Peljesac channel, Korčula archipelago, rooftops and Mount Ilija.

Cool and relaxing open-plan living provides an atmosphere of romance and luxury.

Ceylon Residence

Ceylon residence is located under the vaulted ceilings of an original medieval cottage.

Intricate detailing and wonderful use of light and textiles give hints of south asia, but within a Korčula context.
