LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WIND 35-55, IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC UP TO 70, AND IN
THE VELEBIT CHANNEL UP TO 90 KNOTS. IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC LOCAL GUSTS
OF SE WIND 35-65, TOWARD THE END OF THE DAY OF NW and NE WIND 30-40
KNOTS. SEA IN THE OPEN 5-6. IN THE SOUTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL
ADRIATIC A RISK OF THUNDERSTORMS.
SYNOPSIS
A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the
northeast, while a low is gradually shifting from the Tyrrhenian Sea
toward the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NE wind 15-30, in the North Adriatic up to 40, and in the Velebit
Channel up to 50 knots. In the South and in a part of the Central
Adriatic SE, in places E wind, 18-36, gradually diminishing and turning
to NW 12-24 knots. Sea 4-5, in the open possibly up to 6. Visibility
5-15 km. Mainly cloudy with snow or rain in places, in the South and in
a part of the Central Adriatic with isolated rain showers and thunder,
possibly heavier.

Mainly cloudy, still with snow in places at first, and with rain in the
open. Moderate to strong NE, in the open of the South Adriatic NW wind,
gradually diminishing. In the North Adriatic moderate to near gale
force, in the Velebit Channel up to gale force, at first up to storm
force, NE wind. Sea slight and moderate, in the North Adriatic rough,
and in the open up to very rough. Morning air temperatures with no
significant change, daily ones will warm up a little.

DIE LAGE
Der Hochdruckkeil dehnt sich aus Nordosten ?dria und das Tief aus
Tyrrhenischem Meer verlagert sich zur Adria.

Sichtweite 5-15 km. Stark bew?, Schnee, oder Regen vereinzelt, auf
der S?a und teils auf der Mitteladria Gewitterschauer vereinzelt,

Stark bew?, anfangs Schnee vereinzelt, auf dem offenen Meer Regen.

steifer, im Velebitkanal st?her Nordostwind, anfangs sogar
orkanartiger Sturm. Das Meer leicht bis m?g bewegt, auf der Nordadria
m?g bewegt bis grob, auf dem Offenen sehr grob. Morgentemperatur
bleibt fast gleich, Tagestemperatur steigt etwas an.

LA SITUAZIONE METEOROLOGICA
Il promontorio anticiclonico si estende sopra l?Adriatico dal
nordoriente, mentre il ciclone si sposta gradualmente dal Mare Tirreno
verso l?Adriatico.
LA PREVISIONE DEL TEMPO PER L'ADRIATICO PER LE PRIME 12 ORE
Il vento di Bora 15-30, sull?Adriatico settentrionale fino a 40, e nel
Canale di Velebit fino a 50 nodi. Sull?Adriatico meridionale e su parte
dell?Adriatico centrale il vento da SE, localmente da E, 18-36, ma in
graduale attenuazione ed in rotazione a NW 12-24 nodi. Il mare 4-5, al
largo anche fino a 6. La visibilità 5-15 km. Prevalentemente
nuvoloso con la neve o pioggia localmente, sull?Adriatico meridionale e
su parte dell?Adriatico centrale con isolati rovesci e tuoni, anche
piu? abbondanti.
LA PREVISIONE DEL TEMPO PER LE PROSSIME 12 ORE
Prevalentemente nuvoloso, ancora con la neve localmente all?inizio, e
con piogge al largo. Il vento da moderato a fresco di Bora, al largo
dell?Adriatico meridionale da NW, in graduale attenuazione.
Sull?Adriatico settentrionale il vento di Bora da moderato a forte, nel
Canale di Velebit fino a forza burrasca, all?inizio ancora di forza
tempesta. Il mare mosso e molto mosso, sull?Adriatico settentrionale
agitato, ed al largo anche molto agitato. Temperature di mattina senza
notevoli variazioni, di giorno in leggero aumento.
