What does the booking and payment process look like?

Whether you've already chosen your preferred accommodation on our website or you need our recommendation, we will send you an estimate with instructions and detailed information upon request.

If the estimate suits you, you must pay a deposit to confirm your booking. You must pay the remainder of the amount as described in the instructions in the booking confirmation.

The remainder can be paid prior to your arrival by direct bank transfer (EUR/HRK) or credit card, or upon arrival by credit card or cash in the local currency, Croatian kuna.

During payment, small differences in the final amount are possible due to difference in exchange rate, bank charges and fees.

What is included in the price of accommodation?

The price listed on our website or the price we send you in our estimate includes the following expenses:

  • use of wireless internet
  • use of air conditioning
  • use of electricity, water and gas
  • use of bedding and towels
  • final cleaning of your accommodation
  • sojourn tax and VAT

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?

The deposit is non-refundable. If your cancellation is inevitable, inform us in time and we will do everything we can to find the best possible solution.

To avoid this risk, we recommend you purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy when booking.

What does the check-in process look like?

To make check in as quick and simple as possible, we recommend you contact us on your day of arrival to let us know when you plan to arrive.

In order for us to register your stay during check-in at our office, please bring the personal ID card or passport of all travellers.

After check-in, your accommodation will be available after 2:00PM.

If you cannot check in on your day of arrival by the end of our working hours, please let us know in time so we can arrange for late check-in.

Where are we located and what are our working hours?

Our office is located in the town of Vela Luka. It is open year round.

From 1.6. to 1.10.
Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 9:00PM
Sunday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM and 7:00PM - 9:00PM

During the remainder of the year
Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 7:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM - 12:00PM and 5:00PM - 7:00PM

Where can I find catamaran, ferry and bus schedules?

The most exact information is available on transport company websites. Jadrolinija, Krilo i G&V line,are sea transport companies, while Arriva is a land transport company.

Can we purchase ferry, catamaran and bus tickets online?

Yes. All tickets are for sale on official transport company websites.

Can I reserve space for a car on the ferry?

Yes. More information available on Jadrolinija website.

Can I rent a car on the island?

Yes. By renting a car on the island, you can save money, time, and travel expenses while also avoiding traffic on the roads and in ferry ports.

Do you offer transfers?

We offer transfer services upon arrival or departure, as well as during your holiday. All transfers are suited to your needs and are a safe way to reach your selected destination.

Can I pay in euros in Croatia?

In Croatia, only the local currency (Croatian kuna) is accepted. There are cash points, banks and exchange offices where you can exchange money in all towns.

Can I pay by credit card in Croatia?

Nearly all points of sale accept credit cards. It is wise to keep some cash in the local currency for points of sale such as bakeries, markets, cafés, etc.

Which cash points can I use?

To get the best exchange rates at cash points, we recommend you ask your bank which Croatian banks they collaborate with.
